2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry. When you submit a form, Paul Rodriguez or a member of the Vida Wealth Group team will use your contact information to reach out and prepare for your free strategy call.
  • To personalize your consultation. Information about your financial interests and goals helps us provide a more relevant conversation during your strategy call.

  • To improve our website. Automatically collected data helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve content and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may use or retain your information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or advertisers. Your data is used exclusively to serve you.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in limited circumstances: with trusted service providers who help us operate (e.g., email delivery, our CRM platform, scheduling tools) under contractual confidentiality; with licensed insurance carriers and product administrators as required to process applications, only with your knowledge and consent; for legal compliance when required by law; and in the event of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you beforehand.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. If you request deletion and we are not legally required to retain it, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time (click “unsubscribe” in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or contact us directly). California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected].

When you interact with these, you are subject to that third party’s own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage you to review their policies.

8. Security of Your Information
